Breathe Again provides care and support to those with chronic lung diseases. Sue Grace, a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Respiratory Educator has over 25 years of working experience helping those to cope better and breathe easier. This is accomplished through learning self-management skills and increasing activity through exercise, with the ultimate goal of improving quality of life and living life to it's fullest.
Sue's goal is to bridge the gap between outpatient hospital care to community participation. Encouraging exercise, support, revisiting education, review goals/action plan to reduce re-hospitalizations and empowering anyone with lung disease and their families with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve overall quality of life
